Refund & Return Policy
At Kraf’d, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in creating high-quality, handcrafted crocheted products, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- You may return an item within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
2.Non-Refundable Items
- The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:
          -Custom-made or personalized orders (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
          -Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
          -Items that have been used, washed, or altered by the customer.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to omohdsuhada@gmail.com with your order number, a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item, and a photo of the product if it is damaged or defective.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, we will send you a return authorization along with the return shipping address. Please do not send your item back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is defective or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving the package) at omohdsuhada@gmail.com.
- Please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at omohdsuhada@gmail.com.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at omohdsuhada@gmail.com.
